Anyone changed their gearbox oil ? is it necessary ? I am worried of the small metal particles inside would damage the gearbox lol

I had my car installed with VS but it still wont help! My car aircon compressor kicked in like every 30seconds, i tried to switch to higher air con temperature but seems like not helping? anyone got the same problem?
