What nervy moment we had after they scored the goal. Away goal rules... that's what knocked us out by Bayern and now they suffered the KO by away goal rules courtesy of Inter! Wow.

Hahaha, when Evans was showed red card, the video immediately switched to the SAF cam, then saw him pick up the phone.

Nowadays it will never be any easy way to win the Premier League. It used to be 2 horse race, and then 3 teams fighting then the big four, now expanded to 6 teams and so... From a neutral aspect it's an exciting league to watch compare to La Liga (2 teams forever) and Serie A.
I guess the lads need to stay fit and try to grind out every possible 3 points from the remaining games. Like Nani said, it's not about playing beautiful football but only get a draw. If win ugly is the way to go, so be it! Still I think we are in a good position for the title. The FA Cup and UCL are always the extra bonus! |

De Rossi for United? That could be interesting since we need a strong figure in the central midfield and this fella looks as tough as an Italian Mafia!

QUOTE(FieryAeon @ Mar 24 2011, 12:11 PM) Elbows huh? Sounds bad. A combative midfielder with leadership qualities is all well and good, but I rather one who knows how to foul intelligently instead of being too blatant. I know it sounds wrong, but fouls are a given in the game and learning how to 'mask' the fouls is a skill. Reminds me of Keano. I think nowadays we really need that kinda spark in the central midfield to get some hard tackling going on and win more balls. Fletcher seems to lose abit of that due to his injuries, so another hardcore man would be a welcome addition. We need a strong and influential figure in the midfield anyway. |

We finally made OT like the fortress it used to be, and terrorize the visiting teams with all the chants and songs, and last minute goals!

2 match ban for swearing in front of the camera? What a joke the FA has been. From the video point of view, that camera can anytime turn off the microphone to avoid all these swearing and shouting. You want live reaction from the players who just scored a wonderful goal to be as calm as Sepp Blatter and act like a professional stage actor? GIVE ME A BREAK!

I pity for the camera man.
Aiya, just turn off the microphone for the side steady-cam lah. Problem solved. |

Peter Crouch showed that why he is a striker, not tackler.
Since Rooney will face the ban, I guess the gaffer will just deploy him with RAGE and try to destroy the bridge even though it's an away game. We have too much to fight for at Stamford Bridge. Goals and vengeance! About the ban, I hope they can get it down to just 1 game though. These players are getting a ridiculous amount of wages every week, so a little bit self control is not a big ask for them I guess. |
