If I have a dispute with a Interior Designing company, who can I get support from and where can I go to lodge a complaint? Thanks

If an architect or ID do not register with LAM, can they provide service in Malaysia?

QUOTE(azarimy @ Feb 10 2019, 10:37 PM) Not directly to the client, no. Usually, those not registered will work under a registered architect. They can conduct/represent the firm, but they do not have legal weight (like for signing or authorizing anything). Thanks. Which means the company that I am dealing with must be registered with LAM. This is because the quote came from a company. Correct? |
