hey guys,

i am having a problem with my workout schedule. my friend planned workout schedule for me and i am very concern if i am doing it right or not or the workout schedule suits me or not. hope you guys could help me out

so this is my schedule,

1. Chest
Thread mill (10mins) -> tricep extension (12 reps x 3 sets) -> sit ups (50 reps x 4 sets) -> chest press (12 reps x 3 sets) -> pectoral machine (12 reps x 3 sets) -> chest incline (12 reps x 3 sets) -> total abdominal (12 reps x 3 sets) -> (12 reps x 3 sets) push ups

2. Shoulder
Thread mill (10mins) -> tricep extension(12 reps x 3 sets) -> sit ups (50reps x 4 sets) -> shoulder press(12 reps x 3 sets) -> delts machine (12 reps x 3 sets) -> total abdominal (12 reps x 3 sets) -> ???[something related to shoulder press but this is using weights) (12 reps x 3 sets) -> iso-lateral shoulder press (12 reps x 3 sets) -> ???[something like standing between 2 handles, hanging] [ (12 reps x 3 sets)

3. Biceps
Thread mill (10mins) -> lat machine[biceps] (12 reps x 3 sets) -> lower back (12 reps x 3 sets) -> upper back (12 reps x 3 sets) -> pulley (12 reps x 3 sets) -> lat machine[lat} (12 reps x 3 sets) -> preacher curl[i don't think it's called preacher curl but it's something like that but using weight bars?] (12 reps x 3 sets) -> ??? [not sure what is this called but my friend told me it's something that shapes your biceps] (12 reps x 3 sets)

sorry for the question marks because i don't know what is the machine called. well, my friend doesn't take protein, he's been working out for a year already. i see him have shape but his size doesn't grow as much as your friend labeled the broomstick there. so i am afraid my body is not suitable for those workout schedule that he has plan for me.

Read the stickies and pick a workout plan from there. They have much more structure to them, AND legs are included.

yes..that better...if u are still new, just one day workout, and one day rest..
after a month, then u can proceed with 5 days continuously..
that only my opinion...
