You buka the headlights and auxiliary lights before? I mean the cover? Because I think MAYBE lah, there is a rubber covering the whole thing like at the Tail Lamp also got too. If once a little bit of water goes in , it wont dry easilly. Next time when you light up the lights, there will be still a little bit of water (like the pics you showed) due to water vapor.

Recommend to use good Engine oil Full Synthetic.

Like that also can ! LOL! Anyway, my GSX 110 also kena this kind of thing before. Huge leak of petrol from the carburetor. The foreman just disassemble the whole carburetor , dip the parts into some oil and then use high power air blower to clean the carburetor. They did it so easy. For me, I don't even know how to start take out the carburetor. LOL
