do this phone has the "wifi hotspot" function that able to share out the 3g as wifi?

i just cant find it, i thought all 2.2 should have?

Ignore my question, found it under wireless setting.
was change from htc to samsung, so abit not use to it.

this phone camera is really >.<
the picture is blurry and the video only QVGA (320x240) which is super low pixel..

even the old htc legend can take VGA(640X480) video..both are 5mp

any method to improve the video and camera quality ..?
