however, i cant help but notice that some users here have the same problem i have...that is, unsatisfactory notification volume...the thing is, although all volume settings have been maxed up, the notification volume is not on the same loudness as ringer or alarm volume...i'm using custom notification tone, when played at notification volume setting, it is lower than the tone played for ringer tone or using media player...

first time i use the phone, i directly changed the notification tone, and i think at that time, the volume is quite loud...but after installing apps and everything else, the notification volume become slow, and never like before...i seriously cant understand why this is happening, and from my googling, i found out that another samsung smartphone also having the exact same problem, and it is caused by "dialer" or something, i cant remember...would any android experts here at lowyat.net take a look at this?
