Depending on what Android phone you are coming from, the Ace can be either a cheapskate phone (light, plasticky) or a godsend.

I hope, Topic Starter can put the known issues to the 1st post. I'm waiting for this phone. Order last week and expected to deliver in this week. It is for my wife. Mine is Samsung Galaxy S. Hehe..

What version is it? Can you share with us?

From the samfirmware page, we can found a list of version: http://www.samfirmware.com/WEBPROTECT-s5830.htm (Need to register) and yes..we can flash to latest version.

For Asia region, the firmware code is S5830ZCKA7
