I did similiar things but more items than you...

Item 1 -I also move my front wall 5 feet to the car porch.

Item 2- I also move my toilet next to my kitchen to the right hand back of the house i.e away from kitchen..

Item 3 - I also build a 6 feet wall perimeter at the back for privacy purpose...40 feet wide..

After removing the bath 3 from its original position, this means the toilet is only accessible via either your work area or bedroom 4. Really not a good idea since you will not have a common toilet anymore for your guests.

my design and this design almost the same...haha I made room 4 the guest room and open another door to the toilet in room 4...so that it is ensuite..
normal days - the guest room is an extra reading room with a sofa bed.

I have the same concerns, move the toilet to the far corner away from the kitchen..you don't want to cook and shit next to each other. The toilet is in the centre, can see from the main entrance door - means what come in quickly flow out?

The toilet next to kitchen is not a good idea so I also move it to the back right hand corner.

I use room 4 to be a guest room and normal days(since guests only come once in a while) I intend to use as an extra reading/karaoke room.
I have made another door to the toilet from the guest room so that guests can have an ensuite toilet/bathroom. In the guest room, we intend a sofa bed that can be used as sofa or bed.

Walking to toilet- can take the bigger round or thru the guest room. So I don't see accessility problem.

Normally, if you open your entrance door and you can see the toilet door, that is not good....also cooking when someone is doing big business is really HORRIFIC..

My contractor move the front wall for me 5 feet out for free...it was his idea so I told him I won't pay...haha

for the back perimeter brick wall, some quoted 5K, my contractor gave me at 3K for 40 feet..so it is like more you buy, cheaper it gets..
