yeah... mk1 is kinda unique from all marks ... which makes it waaaaayy scalping expensive by now ... so, i dont mind if hot toys ridiculously making a mark 1 rhodey

some ppl just perfectionist .. they cant accept this upcoming mk2 as well done as mk2 1.0 .. the perception by thinking, this mk.2 solely a rhodey version of before warhammer ...

but like you said, even warhammer was another variant from mk2 designs ...

if i recall, their price always floating ... the 1 they advertised there, may not be the same when item reached and you come to collect ...
you always end up paying more ... but impossibly paying less..

I think if HT were to milk the Iron Man line dry, a Battle-Damage War Machine would be a no brainer.. With broken gatling gun and new MK2UA Rhodey headsculpt on the WM helmet. Low cost (due to existing WM platform) & ppl will still buy to pair with BD MK6 

But then, if MK2UA is released end of this year, the next Hot Toy IM would be the one in The Avengers since the movie will be out next year.. Mark VII anyone?

I po my dx04 earlier than kkchan from xl forum, and i ask xl bts can po the special or not when i saw bro beastx put the special ver pic. They told me no such thing and i check xl forum, kkchan successful po-ed. Really dissapointed la if xl only serve vvip customer...

i know it's not free... when i PO i told the staff i want the special version...
he said there is no special version...

after few days i saw xl forum, bro kkchan said po-ed the special version with extra RM100...

i straight ask the staff why, he said he donno...

and i even show him the forum...

then he said will ask for me...

then until yesterday... he told me i am not in the list...
