but 1 truth is that maxis provide excellent coverage n speeds to me... just way too expensive |

Just received my last month bill and I have been charged for
External content which I didn't subscribe to! I call maxis they said I request the content on 16 July. But I never subscribe nor receive any sms or mms from tat number. What should I do? Just pay the ridiculous charges to maxis? Or complaint to mcmc? N just called their cs they said only this particular external content provider can be block. Wth! If next time auto subscribe to any number then how? Anyone encounter this situation before? |
