Any of Hotlink users with data plans having random RM 1 deducted from your balance? Every now and then, I have RM 1 deducted under the category GPRS according to my e-statement and last month I had a total of RM 12 deducted.

It is very troublesome as I need to call Maxis, let them check and only reimburse back to me a few days later.

Anyone here knows whether a same person can have 2 supplementary lines under one principle? Thanks.
