I need help from anyone who's working with maxis. I bought a topup ticket only to find out that the numbers could not be read Properly (the cashier's hand were wet when handing it to the person who bought for me). I went back to the store but the cashier refused to replace me a new one. Can i somehow retrieve the topup no with the ticket serial no(below the bar code). Anyone who could help me pls do pm me. Would rly appreciate ur help. Thanks.
