What is MAXIS ONE PLAN? At first was communicated to customers that is free calls and SMSs to all network with LIMITLESS, but in actual fact 10 lines were barred and there were hidden charges behind up until $5K++ for each line that made up the total of $50K++ and all barred right now. Very unreasonable. 0178731411, 0128901411, 0178451411, 0178901411, 0178143733, 0178512422, 0178032422, 0178332422 0178332922, 0178592422. Customer services receptionist, Tina was mentioned to call back but no even call until now. It was like throwing the ball here and there the calls were passed here and there and asked to call to 1800820036 and no one is picked up the call even walked in to the Queensbay mall maxis center there is no one responsible and it mentioned is KL HQ's job. So IRRESPONSIBLE and very bad customer experience. This has been impacted my business and who is going to bare all this cost?? 1- what is the one plan about? can it be used for company staff. it is not stated that not allowed to use it in the policy? 2- the advertisement/ customer service/ manager of the Queensbay mall Maxis outlet also mentioned limitless. what is meaning of limitless? why does it so costly? any hidden charges behind? 3-customer service mentioned it was a fraud case, but payment $200 has been paid before the billing is happened and it is auto billing. at what circumstances can it be considered as fraud? please explain. Appreciate if you can provide feedback ASAP for the above in this post This should not be hidden to the public. This has been the worst customer experience that i ever face.
