I dont know what maxis doing...
I face this:
I have a plan with hotlink 365 (stil got few months validity), i change to bagus plan, but after that my hotlink 365 is gone, only left the ' STD' 30 days validity.
then i contact maxis for this case, and wait for more than 1 week, yes my validity has been revert back to before (means i get back my hotlink 365 validity). i thought it has been solved.
but today only i noticed that my plan no more bagus plan, they changed my plan to new hotlink plan.....
what i want is change to bagus plan with my hotlink 365 validity, but they change my plan without asking me.
now 1 problem solve and 1 more problem created by them. if i change now to bagus plan again, then my hotlink validity will change to 30 days too, means i have to contact to maxis again. again and again.

Just make a test call to check the rate.

I've been through the same process, and after checking just now, find my plan is also showing as New Hotlink Plan.

I doubt there is anything wrong, just confusing message from Maxis as normal.

what i want is bagus plan with my hotlink 365 which stil not yet expired, that all. yes they use more than 1 week to restore back my hotlink 365, but they didnt change me to bagus plan.

I am also on the 365 plan. Was worried about changing to bagus.

On the website says if change to bagus 365 validity will be over.  sad.gif

yup. i changed to bagus plan, end up no more hotlink 365.
then i request give back with hotlink 365, but end up changed to new hotlink plan.

so still no bagus plan with hotlink 365.

problem solved

i just realised Maxis stop calling the new plan Bagus

it is now called New Hotlink Plan, and the old Bagus Pass is now called Hotlink 5

New Hotlink Plan has been 'available' for some period of times already, may be few years already if not mistaken, it was a plan after old easy plan/ extra plan/total plan.

but now their website only got 1 plan, i not sure what plan is that now... 'few' days ago still can see bagus plan this word.

they only making their customer blur.
bagus is a new plan?
bagus is a new rate?
before that I notice that it was a new plan,
now i notice that with blur, it is new rate for 'old' new hotlink plan.

besides, the checking prepaid query option in *100# can't getting any result, always ask to try again or no response.

dear hotlink users, may i get information:

for mobile internet,
how do we control is it using GPRS or 3G?
if we were in 3G coverage, it will go tru 3G,
if not it will using GPRS, like that?

if we deactivate GPRS, only activate 3G, will it affect mobile internet?
