QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Jun 26 2011, 10:37 AM) alot ppl been tricked by this. Make sure u reload every 3months or else your number get terminated. yes agree, that is why i love the 365 plan. but i heard that they are going to stop this plan. anyone can confirm it???365 days more value because u only need reload total of RM63 and u dont ever need to worry to reload a year. The misunderstanding of the new hotlink plan u still need reload every 3months |

QUOTE(haruyap @ Aug 1 2011, 09:45 PM) Hi guys. Im currently studying oversea but wanted to remain my malaysia number. I switched to hotlink 365 plan that claims if I top up RM5 or more I'll get number validity for 3 months. 365 has been change to be available for only basic and extra plan if not mistake.. if u are using new plan then 365 plan is not availableI had tried it before on the first time and indeed my number was validated for 3 months even when i turn off my phone. Tomorrow will be the day my number expired. Today I asked my friend in Malaysia to top up RM10 to my hotlink number but when I check balance via *122# it says validity until 11.08.2011 (I suppose RM 10 = 10 days). Has there been a change in this plan? Thanks in advance. edit: Typo. This post has been edited by annoymous1234: Aug 1 2011, 09:52 PM |

QUOTE(haruyap @ Aug 1 2011, 10:24 PM) Thanks for the reply. Im not sure mine is considered old or new, I port my number from Digi to Hotlink during January 2011. It worked once for the 3 months validity until 1.08.2011. u can check which plan u are using with *100#Any other options for me to get long lifetime validity? Im not in Malaysia now so it's hard for me if i were to port to another provider. I don't think there are other options.. What u could do is u top up RM30 every 90 days.. |

QUOTE(soul2soul @ Aug 4 2011, 08:48 AM) Cheap call rates/sms to 10 Maxis numbers. It's good if your friends and contacts are mostly on Maxis network. That's the best thing I find about hotlink. And also there is an internet package of RM18 for 2 weeks (100mb) which suits me for light surfing , email and facebook. last time maxis to maxis charge 7 cents if not mistaken, then they increase to 10 cents, even when sms to own telco. If you call a lot to different numbers and different network, hotlink is not the plan for you. agree with the last line. celcom uox or tunetalk would fit those who falls under this categories |
