i cannot access maxis website register/login page. Anyone else got this problem? Temporary or permanent issue?

-Using 4GB Maxis Broadband plan
-Didn't pay bills
-SIM terminated

Can someone one tell me what situation i'm in? And how do I pay my bills now?

actually its my foreign friend's BB, the sim was registered under my name and IC. i think he didnt pay for 2 months

If i don't do anything, what consquences would i face?

Anyone facing slow internet on maxis?
It shows 3G with full signal, but internet extremely slow. Did they start the speed throttle after quota thing for biz68?
