Hi guys I am using Hotlink Youth Club now, I plan to get a Galaxy S4 with U58 but I don't want to change number nor terminate plan.
Can i buy the U58 package, and then switch the numbers after that? Means porting the numbers both ways. |

Hey guys, signed up for Hotlink Youth Club about 4 years back and it has expired. But from what I've read before my plan still remains the same right? Just that I have to top up to stay active (and hotlink is doing a very bad job at telling us what that means) which is about RM1/day I presume? Since I have to pay RM1/day to stay active, I might as well switch to #Hotlink right? Or are there any other cheaper plans? My mobile usage isn't very demanding sooo

QUOTE(axxer @ Aug 24 2014, 04:59 PM) yes, if youthclub expires then rate will stay the same but validity will be based on reload amount. just subscribe to validity365 then, rm33 for a year validity and u'll get to keep cheap youthclub rate plus validity365 long validity. dont change to #hotlink, that plan cannot subscribe to validity365. https://new.hotlink.com.my/en/plans/validity-365.html QUOTE(Velocity @ Aug 24 2014, 07:15 PM) #hotlink plan and hyc alot different. #hotlink plan validity grace period 50 days and hyc is 90 days Hyc all maxis numbers are active10 but hotlink plan you need to add maximum 10 Sms to maxis is 2 cent if I am not wrong first 5 then it's 1 cent. But the old plan maxis hide the information very deep until you can't much information about it. QUOTE(MNet @ Aug 24 2014, 10:56 PM) Right totally forgot about Validity365. But the RM33 is just to extend active period right it doesn't give any credit what so ever? During grace period is free internet available? Because of the low rates of HYC, my mobile usage is only about 20 bucks / month, since now expired wanna see if there are any plans worth getting since data getting more and more useful :33 Yeah I've been digging their website but the information they provide is soooo |

QUOTE(MNet @ Aug 24 2014, 11:10 PM) if prepaid and u want free validity Wow thanks for sharing! Looks good to me. Telco plans changed so much since I last signed up so many marketing traps and confusing stuff i suggest you go for xox as they free 28 month validity after u MNP to them their data plan is almost same pricing with maxis http://www.xox.com.my/hopon/ |

QUOTE(Velocity @ Aug 25 2014, 09:07 AM) Not many will switch to XOX because the infrastructure its not stable. They are cheapest because they cant com-petite with big telco like maxis QUOTE(MNet @ Aug 25 2014, 09:15 AM) u mean celcom not stable? Does XOX belong to Celcom? No. XOX has a commercial arrangement with Celcom to use Celcom’s Mobile Network infrastructure. http://www.xox.com.my/faqs/does-xox-belong-to-celcom/ QUOTE(Velocity @ Aug 25 2014, 09:16 AM) Thanks for the insight, been looking at UMI plans that I like too. But I'd like to ask something about MNP, can I sign up for a new plan, let's say UMI28, if I don't like I'll stop using it but if I like I can still do the MNP thing right? |
