Is there prepaid 3G data plan from Maxis / Hotlink? Am currently having 2 numbers; 1 with Maxis for voice & sms while another with uMobile for data. But uMobile coverage and speed is poor

Thanks...*ouch* expensive. Still, better to have a reliable connection than uMobile's choppy service.

Let's say I subscribe to the RM 10 for 10 days mobile internet. How do I phrase this...Do they charge the data in blocks? E.g. for a particular session, you use only 0.5 MB but it is counted as 1 MB for that session. Or is the MB count 'continuous'?

anyone have idea if this will work with hotlink mobile internet?
1. purchase weekly 250MB / RM 12
2. before the week ends (used up only 100 MB), purchase 1 week 5MB / RM 3
3. in total, I get about ~2 weeks of 255MB for RM 15

basically, I want to know if the data balance from the previous plan is rolled over to the next plan. Not sure if this works with hotlink but it does with Singtel...anyone tried this before?
