Hi, for those who are using the old Hotlink plan (not #Hotlink), will you get PAYU charge after you exceed your quota (1GB)? hmm.gif

If I'm not mistaken, all mobile internet passes have been standardised.
http://new.hotlink.com.my/en/internet/mobi...rnet-plans.html
The Monthly passes 1GB and 3GB will be auto-renewed.
No excess charges at throttled speed when you hit your quota.

and if i subscribe 365 Validity, means i can use the 64kbps internet for 1 whole year?

1st question yes.
2nd, u cant subscribe 365 for new hotlink.
That mean u need to keep reload to keep ur line active to enjoy 64kbps internet

I believe it was modified to mention specifically 'social apps' to set expectations, since 64kbps isn't very practical for general surfing. That speed is pretty solid for social messaging and notifications though.

Let me confirm for you guys.

I wonder why the Waze RM1 plan is even offered, I tried using the free Internet on my friend's iPhone 5S and Waze loaded up all the traffic info and routing perfectly and very quick even with just the free internet plan, without the need to subscribe to Waze plan..

think it this way you can pay RM1 just to use waze only let says you use waze 5 days its only RM5 vs you subscribe to weekly or monthly will cost more

i still can use to browse internet for free instead of just for social apps.
and at areas with 4G or H+, it's still not bad to load pages even though it's 64kbps.

the waze rm1 plan is for old hotlink plan users (without free internet), not for new #hotlink users (with free internet).

It is a bug of Hotlink that you will get 1GB internet 5 days for free using the code *100*1*4*3*5*3*1# (Now they fixed the code and the person who subscribe the 1GB internet 5 days before 12pm noon will not get charged)
