Hey guys. I want to ask that how long does maxis to activate a new register postpaid sim which i register today. because i put in it said that it's an inactive sim. and i call to maxis it says that it need to takes 24 hours to activate. Is it true? pls fast reply

Good morning everyone, yesterday i lost my phone and 2day get a replacement simcard at maxis which took me 10mins. She told me i can use it after 1/2an hour. Now, i insert the sim in, it appear "SIM card registration failed".
what should i do?

I'm a Hotlink Prepaid user ever since I had a mobile phone... Been happy with it all these while, but recently I had a problem with my phone...

For the past 3 days, I have been receiving all  my messages later than usual (ranges from 1 - 3 hour delays) and this has caused me some major problems... And sometimes, I could not even make or receive calls from others... Is there anything wrong here?

Is Maxis/Hotlink upgrading its services now? If it is so, why we were not informed? Any idea what really happened? I need to know, as this issue has been troubling me.... If this still continues, I think I have to switch telcos...

what kind of phone prob can cause this??? i think its more of network problem... during the night, the delayed sms are reduced and usually get them on time... it's more of a problem during the day...

me also got same problem.. im using 2 HYC phone. sometime my fren sms me @ 1pm but arrive my fon at night!...

and most    is even line is full but cant receive calls... (1 phone use 3G n 1 fon use GSM) 15-30minutes later i rcv sms inform got miscall. i try to call to both my fon using my xpax also cant get through.. later i receive sms inform got miscall on both fon!

Sorry, my mistake. It was an SMS sent to me regarding the gift. The sms stated : "Free RM3 airtime! Just top up min RM10 in 1 transaction by 12/6. Receive RM3 free credit by 14/6. NOT VALID for Share-A-Top Up nor Hot Ticket. (31825A). "
I topped up on 11th. Just wondering why they did not credit the RM3 bonus into my balance.

i think you misunderstand here...topup by 12th there...means need to perform the reload from the time message received n not latest by 12....

Check ur balance impossible never give.

unused hot ticket balance got expire date now...

means when it expired u lost all your balance

After your normal hot ticket expired, got another 7 days to topup before your previous balance burn
