In their FAQ they mentioned to call them if you want to get the Hotlink 365. Maybe it's possible with their help but in ur case system glitch?

Regarding the free internet,
1. My hotlink youth club 4-year validity ended few months ago, but I cant change to this new plan?
2. If we cant change to other plans once we have the new plan (like forever?), what happens if we don't top up? I read something in the T&C about forfeit credit?

The grace period under the new plan is only 50 days. After that, line will be terminated.

Very tricky campaign to trap user to switch plan.
-FREE INTERNET gimmick (NOT FREE, its exchanged from ur call and active period)
-Rm10 = 10days Active period only. (U18 WIN)
-CUT all the Active10, Validity90 and 365. (Shit Trap)

Final Decision : Old Hotlink plan still the BEST. (Topup rm10, Active10, 90days active period. WIN prepaid plan)

Caveat emptor my friends, think and do research before you switch. =)

anyone using surfmore30 plan? wondering if after 1gb limit, cna still surf with no charge, just slow internet?

care to elaborate more on bolded part? realy interested to buy new hotlink simcard just for the free internet, and from my understanding the free internet is free free internet as advertized, can use as long as we in active period.
