Hi guys, how I want to change my plan from Activ10 to new free basic internet plan?

it seem that when Im trying to change it will said my plan cannot to change to new one...

from normal hotlink(i bought this prepaid 1 mths ago), i just only converted to hotlink 365 for RM33.

After that, i subscribe to this new hotlink plan and it charges me RM5 for change of plan and have to wait at least 2 hrs for change to be effective.

right now, i have that 365days validity. After 2 hrs, i will know whether will have free internet WITH 365 days.

I've not tried to upgrade to 365 days after the change to get free internet. but the option is currently still available to me in *100#

I can change form hotlink 365 to #hotlink plan. now just waiting 2 hrs to test whether it works. My validity still +365days at this time.

Btw, hand itchy. activated internet. It works for me so far i think. can use internet + 365days.

Trying to download more than 1MB to see whether it will charge me pay per use or not.



EDIT: Just finished downloading 1 app about 2MB(more than 5 minutes i think.haha). my balance still the same. My duration still added 365 days.

If i am one of the anomaly, lucky for me.

Sometimes the speed in certain area is really bad and in some shopping malls like Mid Valley there's no data coverage at all!! Even though my phone is showing H+, can't even load any website

the above two plans have different call/sms rate, with #Hotlink cheaper alot, if can subscribe hotlink365 + #Hotlink and get free internet, thats abit weird right?

I can confirm that im having free internet + the validity of 365(can see when i checked my balance,*122#). SO, likelyhood, my call/sms rate is per the new plan.

EDIT: Checked through *100#,6,7.states that i have #hotlink plan.

*100#, 6(special), 6 (new hotlink plan).
charges me RM5 to change plan.

that was how i changed.

Did you have any option to change back to the Hotlink365 plan after changed to this plan?
Cause I am a DiGi Prepaid user and interested with the plan so I might want to MNP but I saw this

Maybe I will only wait Hotlink to bring back the Hotlink365 plan then I only do the MNP (Cause I don't think I can use RM30 every month lol )

I bouhght few mth ago. It was prior to this #hotlink plan. But i left it wihout converting to hotnk 365 until recently lo.So.. Perhaps thats why it works for me?
