i search the thread saying i just need to report in police station and go to maxis centre pay RM10 to get a new sim card.

the thread is 4 years ago. Is that still true today?

I'm a Hotlink Youth Club user and I noticed that the call rates for non-Maxis numbers have increased to 36sen/min (30s block) yesterday. Can anyone please confirm with me about this? Hotlink hasn't issued an update and I'm afraid I might have read wrongly.

Calls to non-Maxis line is still 18 sen/min as far I know.

How did you find the 36 sen rate? Was it just one call or several?

If you misplace the simcard yourself no need report.

The police report is just if your phone got stolen and from period between stolen to cancellation anything happen the police report will protect you.

easy, just dial *100# and choose item 1 = Hotlink Specials

switching plan is then on the list there

Maxis will charge RM1 and your mum's validity will be reset to 30 days from the day of switching

I'm sorry. It's my mistake. The rate remains at 18sen/min for non-Maxis calls.

for maxis value first RM30 per month, i notice that "amount deducted from available talktime". what is that means?

does it means data + call max up to RM30. Use more will b charged accordingly. if use less, it will be free. Am i right?
