how can ar? the box sealed or not?(i mean IMWM box)

Well, it was with the semi-transparent paper around that box and a plastic wrap around the two Revoltech boxes. This was how I received it... The IMWM box is under the ARX-7.

ah.. i was tempted to get Nicholas to accompany my Vash..

Character wise for Nicholas is not as interesting as Vash but his cross or the other props, there are slightly more than what Vash will have. You have parts to have the cross in closed form, then machine gun or rocket mode. He has individual hand gun as well if you dun open up the cross.

Since I like both these characters in Trigun, it's the reason I bought both of them.

aquilate - any update on the missing part?

so far i found that while amiami is much cheaper, they're not the easiest to deal with when it comes to missing / faulty parts.

hlj and hobbysearch on the other hand, awesome support.

Yup, got an email from them today. They will be sending a replacement IMWM and told me to keep the current one as complimentary

that's good to hear x) hobbysearch offered me three "solutions" when i had issues with my alter gwendolyn

1. full refund to paypal
2. refund in points (amount spent to hobbysearch points)
3. a new figurine.

i chose the 3rd option and was told something along the line of "hi, we will send out the item within 2 working days, and just to let you know if there are any more issues with the figurine we will not be offering anymore compensation"

Uh... that's bad. For some people, if you tried gluing it back might be worst than better.

Well, it's a surprise for me they are sending a whole unit as a replacement. I just needed one small gun only. So, now I'm feeling a bit on Cloud 9.

Yes, HLJ will send another one. Happen before on figure.fm members.
Sometime they send wrong item or extra item. They also tell you to keep it.

And amiami, i rather straight contacting revoltech. They would most likely send you the parts in normal envelope.

ditto. it was one of my black rock strength figmas, one of the ogre arms basically fell apart out of the box. and they told me to glue it. and this went on for about 4 mails with me trying to beat it through their skull that if i were to glue it and any discolouration were to happen, then they wouldn't be liable anymore before i gave up. >.>
