Details of the complaint :

Enquired about the item on January 17th. After that couldnt bank in for her due to something wrong with my bank account. She was nice enough and very knowledgeable on designer goods. So I took her as a genuine seller. After I couldnt bank in was busy with university, so didnt bother bout the item for awhile. When i was free, I wanted to COD with her as she was staying near my place. She told me she was overseas that time and would only be back after a few weeks. And she said that there is someone that would bank in in a few days for the wallet to her. Since i wanted the item, I then transferred the money to her. The last pm from her was one telling me that she would proceed once she got payment. She would ask her family members to post the item out. However, after that pm she never replied anymore. Been almost a month already. Before I made payment she would frequently online and login to lowyat. After i made payment she disappeared without any reply d. The amount is RM500, which is a big amount.

yes i did. i alrd pmed her many times and her phone is off.

i dont know her real name, she didnt give me any name. but her bank acc doesnt hv "nancy" on it. do u know this nancy khoo siok cheng then?

yeah i dont think its her also.

also, can i ask for a refund if the seller replies me? it has been a month already and after all this i am not looking forward to having the wallet anymore. wanted to give it to my mum for her bday but its over so long already.
