i didnt day an atomic bomb, rather an atom-like bomb in term of its distruction power. for example a couple of container full load with TNT using some mechanical device to detonate 500 meters above the ground to maximize the effect of the blast, i think it is sufficient to wipe out entire singapore.. hahahaha.
