I find the best place for METAL info nowadays is WIKIPEDIA.....believe it or not. go type in a name and get the 411 on any bands you want to know more about....
i remembered searching for SABBAT on wiki and the info that i got was scary= i didnt know the andy sneap that was producing metal albums all these while was actually the same guy from sabbat!!! PS: Anyone of you heard of HORRORCORE music such as insane clown posse? Sorry to say but, yes, most of us metalheads dun consider korn/slipknot/mushroomhead as metal . call us purist or whatever but nu metal stuff really sounds like crapfully crap.
if you like korn, perhaps you want to consider arch enemy?strapping young lad? old man's child? morbid angel? |

Hahahahaha.....Banyak orang tua reminiscing old times suddenly!?!? ok la...gua pun sudah tua....32yrs old and still headbanging to old and new metal sounds. One thing that we all cant deny is, everyone who listens to metal , will always progress to something heavier. so to all those who still thinks slipknot or trivium is DA SHIT/DA BOMB, go and get SYL, Emperor, level up.
My recent cd = STORMBLAST MMV by Dimmu Borgir (RM19.90, "Original" by asialink) . This record was exactly what i needed- Straight no bullshit atmospheric black metal ( almost 90% sound alike Enthrone Darkness Triumphant album). Highly recommended. Oh yeah, to all those guys singing praises to Trivium, i think its a matter of time u get bored with their sound...heheheh.... |

AH...Forgive my ignorance. not into local scene for long long time. im gonna go buy nightwish 2cd x 1 dvd package tonight. never heard of them but what the hell, gotta try something new once in a while.
