Indian or malay doesn't expect too high on food , any food which taste better than they cook it's already fine.Moreover , those high class restaurant.
That's why indian able to become vegetarian that easily.

G0v sponsor ,so can eat everyday , result all got diabetes and even stroke.Chinese also got but because g0v never sponsor then eat less kfc.
