Unfortunately the mid-April is end of next week sad.gif i can't wait that long, my supply is depleted because everyone out of stock and I didn't order earlier so my bad.

Anyway I ordered ON 100% 10 lbs for RM320 with shipping from BodyAlignment, is he reliable? I banked in and SMS-ed him only, did I miss out any steps? He did reply and say might arrive on Friday because today's public holiday.

I think in this era customer satisfaction are important though. Maybe u will buy from him for a certain time, but when frustration kicks in due to his attitude, some might prefer to buy from other seller even though paying a little more. smile.gif

i think i will buy from other seller for next time even it is exp 40-50 more....coz it is reli scare when seller dunwan to reply or pick the call especially when we pay ord...

I had a pretty bad experience from ejinutrition as well. Got his SMSes few times for stock confirmation, and everytime I replied certainly "I want 2 bags of whey protein". Yet, no updates from the seller.

Currently they opened the preorder service, and I'd sent 3 emails to their preorder mail box, but cannot reach (receive delivery failure from my email service provider).

NVM, I approached them via inquiry@ejinutrition.com to order my stuff. and yet the seller still refuse to process my order (send me the quoted price in order for me to bank in the amount). My patience is wearing out already......................

I had no problem with him as he is still my very RELIABLE supplier for buying the protein supplements. I also have place an PREORDER with him and i have no problem with the email delivery and he already reply me my email within a day. Maybe your not really read thru in details about the OPEN FOR PREORDER NOW at ejinutrition.com website. I just heard from him that they are going to change the shipping company and not allow SMS order in future in order to avoid the problems. Keep up GOOD jobs EJI! For me preorder is no problem as they will give us Invoice!

The post above seems really fishy...
Just registered and the first post was a defensive post.
Seen this a lot of times on other forums when a certain site/company gets a bad rep all of a sudden there's a lot of newbies claiming that the site/company is great lol.

i have no problem with send email to preorder mail box..they hv already reply me within a day. i think delivery failure is not their problem, is the website hosting company's mail server pboblem.

i think you r not read thru in detail that how to make preorder.

haha..then i think u better dun purchase online anymore...all r need tp pay first before delivery.

I have nothing against the site.
I just dislike this 'tactic' that companies employ to preserve or protect themselves.
Why don't you just register a nick as an official representative of the company and clear the matter in a proper manner instead of creating multiple fake accounts and giving fake glowing reviews of yourself.

Wow, two new members, FKU228 joined today at 4.26 pm and MS90126 joined today at 4.10 pm and both of them suddenly backing up EjiNutrition for their bad services. Nice move eji =)

still deciding whether to buy from eji in the future. prices are hard to ignore but their service has been deteriorating since last year.
as with their pre-order, little bit hard to part away with few hundred dollars for goods that may take months to arrive.

same here man. Found out that MP Combat Powder cost RM125 from eji, RM40 cheaper than MusclesUp but I don't want to experience what other forumers have experienced before about the bad service. Just wonder, you order RM 1K+ worth of supplements and successfully bank in the money but then, you hear nothing from the seller. That would be some scary experience for me.

so, suddenly you registered today and you try to fend off the fact that lately eji gives bad services to their customers? If you are alone, I don't mind, maybe it is true but two person registered within 5 minutes apart and have the same style of nickname and have the same quest, that doesn't seems suspicions even to you?

but still, whatever both of you guys said and what I've said, it all boils down to personal preference and experience. I'm sure everyone here are not trying to bad mouth / destroy any supplier but they speak from their experience, that's all.
