People get fat on healthy foods if eaten in excess.

People lose fat on junk foods if eaten in moderation.

Lol..... meal frequency doesn't matter. You don't need to eat 6 times a day. Honestly why are some of you guys eating like you're IFBB Pros? They eat that often because of the insane amount of calories they need to take in. Are you telling me you need to eat hardcore like them?

Here's another question, you don't have to answer this here but ask yourself, recall anyone you know who has looked good putting on mass "successfully" with a mass gainer. Not a friend of a friend which you've never seen but someone you personally know.

Or how about observing the physiques of those people who buy mass gainers vs the physiques of those who choose smart supplementation at the store. Compare, observe, make your own deductions.
