Should have a scoop. Use a chopstick koret inside for something hard. Seller is wrong to do that. Should hav informed u n offer refund. Anyway no harm trying it gaspari is quite decent product reli. U got the big real mass rite?

hey guys, i found the contact number to one of the online supplement store, the www.supplementmalaysia.com. the contact number is 010-8837650.

Have deals with them before and they are fast in terms of replying to emails. Order also received in around 2 to 3 days time after confirmation. Most of my order are confirmed once they confirm my emails.

I also do bank transfer and is quite trustworthy, but they only operate on Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6pm weekends and public holidays they are close, so if order on weekend will only have a reply on monday.

this morning just use a normal table spoon to make it.... 3 scoop...
and add some dymatize creatine... (no spoon also) 5g.... i just put 1 scoop....
500ml water

shake 30sec.... look very dilute....

Just sharing the information because they call me using the number and i ask them for their details. ^^

You don't have to use all 3 scoops at one go.
You can spread it out throughout the day. Maybe 1 scoop in between meals.
Also, drink it with milk, may taste better and more enjoyable.

For the creatine, should be fine. Just take 1 tea spoon and dump it into any of your drinks/shake. 5g per day.
But it'd be better if you're counting your calories and macronutrients, then use real mass to fill up the calories or macronutrients you need to reach your targeted goal.

I spot the mistake.

3 table spoon = 1 of the scoop for real mass. You should use 9 table spoons or the attached scoop. Should taste better.......

if spread it out the taste will very light....
will try mix with milk next time ^^

Wouldn't a lighter taste be better than a thicker taste since you feel like vomiting after drinking?

You don't really have to follow word for word on the instructions. It's just a general guide.

how do you find that number?i have to use some resources to get that number, sms no reply. call no pick up, the sound at the other end of the phone is like the number is currently in oversea.

placed order since last week, dare not transfer till today. still waiting for fellow members to give comment. Because my last order in April really messed up. Received the stock about 7 working days later.

Funny thing happened last time, after i ordered 2 X 5LBS myofusion, he demand for payment. Then i paid, and no reply since then. after 3 days, i found the email address naz@xxxx.com to check on my order. the other party keep saying sorry for delay. I then asking him to add in one more item for me to the same order as to save the shipping cost. He then demanded me to pay the item cost + shipping cost. I was like

In the end, i took what i ordered earlier only. As the extra item i intended to buy, have to pay extra shipping.

Hmm... I got their number after i ask them from their email.

Maybe can you to call, sms or email them again? After you place an order, normally they will send you a confirmation email ma, just follow the instructions lo, ok de la, I purchase quite a few time already, so should be save la.
