You are on the right track. Do add some Omega3, Deep Sea Salmon Fish Oil rich with DHA and EFA too.
Some women are alright to start to consume that for the first trimester of their pregnancy but some are not because of the blood thinning effect of Fish Oil. To play safe, start taking it before pregnancy is the best.
and DHA & EFA will be good for the first trimester when the baby's brain is being created...
