oh yeah, TS, have u both went for blood test? to confirmed both of you aren't Thalassemia carrier?
if both are, then your baby will have a high chance to have anemia

Im not sure my understanding of Thalassemia is similiar. If both yes, the baby will not live more than 21 years old (thats what the old people believe) but if only either yes, should be no problem rite. Are we refering the same? Btw, we already check and are not.

I do have friends at 30's give birth was fine and vice verse also, hence i abit worry of my wife condition at this age only. And seek more advice for preparation and others let it to fate...

If it is not first baby, i guess is fine compare to first baby at later age. I know nowadays woman get married late and give birth also late. As it is also depends on the woman fertility too and luck too...i guess..
