Clarification on jasma...

JASMA = japan automotive body to rate the exhaust emission, means it's safe to environment... The tag is only available on japan imported car's exhaust...

Jasma (brand) = a cap ayam local brand, misused the tag name as their brand name to confuse the consumers who dunno about the actual JASMA... No comment on reliability as i never use their product...
*
I would said they (jasma) try to fool consumer. Some said china?? Who know.

Just the auto lock system with installation should be around Rm80-150, to change new alarm system about rm300 for local made brand, Rm450+ for 2way alarm system. Rm1000+ for branded 2 way alarm system. Currently i m using SPY 2 way alarm for my car, so far just not satisfy the remote control because build in battery.

hello~~~ im driving Saga BLM SE (AT) , planning to convert to manual transmission, really suffering with high fc and slow pick up~~ does any 1 know abt the cost of convert AT to MT in proton service center??  and the brake pedal will they change for me also ? cox the size of brake pedal is different, AT is bigger~~
*
There is another way to save your money, find the others Saga BLM SE (MT) who wanted to covert & do exchange with you, you both just pay for the workmanship.

BLM-ers... do your car suffer shakiness when ur driving around 120kmph? Mine i can feel my steering starts to vibrate when i pass 110kmph mark.. is it normal? hmm.gif
*
1. Steering shake at 90-120kmh, check on wheel balancing.
2. Engine shake at 90-120kmh, check your drive shaft whether it bent.

bro i install the magnet in the oil filter as well no difference, during 5k interval 3.8K-4K already feel sluggish.....the magnet proton recommend to me,no use

i did try the break in before my 1k service rev 2.5k to 3k after service 4.5k later after 5k service for short period of time occasionally i rev up to 5.5k - 6k,my car feels superb the acceleration is good.
*
The magnet to make oil cleaner but doesn't mean the oil wont wear out. Just more clean & lesser tear of engine compartment. smile.gif

Added on May 9, 2011, 1:38 pmi just want to clarify something does using HID light reduce the lifespan of the battery, cause my friend said so that's why he is not using so is it true.
*
HID consume lesser watt compare to normal Halogen H4 55w/60 & HID only consume 35watt. Also the life span HID is about 2000 hours, but halogen only 400 hours.

Most user will said HID reduce battery lifespan but actually not, battery wear out faster because those aftermarket ballast cant control the watt nicely & we call it unstable watt out put.

HID illegal
HID not as good as halogen in fog and rain
*

This is color temperature problem, doesn't matter with fog & rain. For those HID user, if they install together with Projector like those benz, bimmer then will be good. Those HID will blind your eyes because the flash point of the bulb doesnt same as halogen flash point so the reflect points change & blind others eyes.

actually hid consume only 35watts instead of halogen 55watt.
the main drainage of battery is the hid drains 15amps on startup..
so in using hid, don't on/off/onoff too often
*

Yeah, do not on/off too often. After calculation, overall HID consume lesser watt, same battery life span, brighter vision & longer life span. But better quality HID kits cost more then 1k & high quality HID kits cost 2k plus.

This is for sure, cruising around 110-120kmh will get very good fuel consumption. I try before when i going to penang. Nowadays full tank Rm60, city drive get only 300-320km. sweat.gif
