lotus handling is the only thing that is making this car so good
all the corners u r taking all done by lotus handling
that show just bluff....the other top show top gear call it the best handling in the world
suprisingly ...it is...if u ever driven other car be4...nothing like it
if lotus handling can make out "cheapest" car become so good already...the real lotus car should be real nice

I'd say 50% slow highway (between 60-90 km/h) and 50% city traffic. Never left Penang island

A few months ago, I also experienced a similar situation. I was talking to my dad when a Kelisa in front suddenly stopped.

It was a combination of luck, handling and some skill    that I managed to bring the car to a standstill from 60kph and swerve to avoid the car in front. Slammed on the brake, lock the front wheels and probably wet myself haha. It was terrifying to see the bumper of the car in front getting closer and closer and closer.

guys, i join the club. bought myself 2nd hand saga blm, only milage of 5k. price around RM29k.

well,the badass part of saga blm is slow/low starting acceleration.

need to ask some quick question, is it good for me to install this :

1. voltage regulator -- to increase the starting accleration and which brand?

2. where to change the front lamp to something like bmw because personally i see that back of saga BLM already look-alike BMW series LOL. new saga FL sucks at the back sorry to say :/

3. what else you guys recommend me to upgrade/buy for performance / cosmetic?

from what i have observed, most of the people think that saga blm and saga fl are different == lol, it's still same build, just the different between prefacelift and facelift

Don't read too much into that. They're just testing the tranny and using the BLM body as a mule. The other spyshots show the FL being used to test the tranny as well.

it's the FL...if u see there say "saga facelift 1.3 CVT"
and the face it's BLM front and FL rear makes it whole better
i like the BLM headlamp and rear LED lamp

i think the FL's headlamp doesn't shoot as high as BLM

The voltage stabilizer will not improve performance at all. Especially not on a new car with new wiring. It's only good for protecting your electronics from voltage fluctuations, thus prolonging electronics life.

More likely what happened was that while installing the voltage stabilizer, he unplugged the battery for a very long time and wound up resetting the ECU. With a reset ECU, if you rev hard, you can train it to perform differently. Either that or your mechanic is telling you bollocks.

I don't know about the warranty, but I see nothing wrong in going to the Proton SC to check. Whether got warranty or not, you will still have to go to the SC to change it. Just try your luck and ask whether can change for free or not, while you're at it.

Juz saw same pic in review of S16 Aussie model! Looks like Msians still paying MORE $$$$ for own cars than foreigners pay! And worst of all, we're getting MUCH MUCH LESS!!!
