i think if you wanna flash new MIUI update v1.3.11, the developer already added battery drain fix. so no need to flash patch anymore.. 

after flash rom, you can monitor battery and signal whether ok or not.. but if you feel not quite good, can flash other radio.. 
you want to flash 1.3.11 is it..? then no need to flash that battery drain patch because new version already include with that patch..

for i/o patch, just put the file at root of your file explorer and boot into CWM --> install zip from sdcard --> find zip file and flash it..

but after you've done flashing ROM, don't flash patch at the same time.. you need to reboot phone first then boot into CWM back.. 

eh, i tot Gold Card function was for Branded phone only..

what..? got partly chinese ah..? which part.. mine on 1.3.5 got no chinese language.. 

..???  i didn't have any chinese language in my phone now except in theme manager. and that chinese language was theme's name only..

how come you have half chinese half english..? err, have you try this..?

btw i'm still on 1.3.5 version.. this evening want to download 1.3.11 but internet slow connection  . make me stay on 1.3.5 for a while..

maybe 1.3.11 version still have minor issue.. not sure..
