1) I'm not sure whether it will restore back to your previous settings or to original default settings.. because i never try restore nandroid back.. but what i know, i tried already go into restore nandroid (CWM) and got 3 or 4 backup (because i do make 3 or 4 nandroid backup), so can easily choose which backup that we want.. 

2)yes, just restore stock rom (restore nandroid), s-on etc etc and done..

i can't say whether it's easy or difficult.. but you can refer here then you decide it's easy or not..

you use stock locksreen or WL...?

I guess, what you need to do now is, clear all (FULL-WIPE) and flash it back...did you wipe data/cache?? and also, dalvik cache??

Baseband is radio version, i guess you are still using the stock radio? If yes then it should be different ..no worries there..as for the kernel, the one that you are currently using is mad-murdock battery fix kernel, so should be different from the screenshots as that is the stock kernel for pure CM7
