Dont think it's ROM... do you install widgetlocker..? Coz got user here have problem with alarm after install widget locker...

REVO 3.0 PROBLEM WITH ALARM... FLASH 3.1 WILL FIX IT... 

Well... that one solution for your... another solution i heard from other user is they remove the HTC Lockscreen... why not try flash 3.1 first...

i encountered this problem last time..
i need to power-off and on (fast boot) to dismiss the alarm..

but its not happening anymore for the past few weeks... i wonder why.. 

i guess you need to change 'frame setting'. you need to use Panorama instead of normal frame.. then you'll got Widescreen..

having alarm problem?

undoubtedly after changing a few TS, our front page really become very resources rich - tonnes of useful info can be found there now.    Kudos to all the hardworking TSes.

lately sometime my screen can just rotate lock automatically and remain horizontal.
i have to go to Settings>Display>untick and retick auto rotate screen to reset.

anyway to recalibrate the accelerometer in CM7??

no. i just leave it to idle(with my phone placed horizontally) for a few hours later then it might just stay that way, even if i hold my phone straight up

but will it still stay jammed at horizontal after you unlock your screen and hold your phone upright??

mine sometimes (rarely actually) stays jammed, so i have to go to Settings > Display to untick and retick autorotate screen to make it normal again.
