The question is what type of user are you? Do you prefer everything can use straight out of the box and no need to tweak anything or do you prefer to tweak everything like mad?

Oh one thing, for those Sense ROM themes, it actually just affects the default HTC theme, so the others (Slate, Wood) are still intact. Do note that any other stuff like themed facebook, themed youtube, fonts and stuff still remain.
*
If that's the case... I wonder if I can make a duplicate of the default HTC Theme brows.gif

There's many to be listed... and its all up to user's preference..

But then again, when you ask here, most of us will suggest Desire HD brows.gif
Maybe you can read-up some articles (Just google desire hd vs iphone 4). There's tons of reviews already.

But for me, few reasons that I chosen Desire HD over the iPhone 4 is..
  • We have "more control" over the phone - Flashing, Rooting, customisations, tweaking, lots of apps available for free by its own (supported with ads, but not a big deal) where it charges in iPhone 4. Of course, you have Jailbreak in iPhone 4, we have the "Black market"tongue.gif
  • Screen size
  • Basically, its because it's an "Android" than "iOS". I prefer to be able to do whatever I want (as mentioned above) with my phone, than to be locked in a same thing.. forever.
There's many others, I just cant remember.. tongue.gif

owh.. meaning we dont need to S-OFF to enter CWM recovery mode?

Btw.. if lets say i want to restore my stock rom and radio, etc.. i just need to restore back my nandroid backup then everything will be back to normal just like when i had my phone before i flash a custom rom?(with stock kernel,Radio and S-ON) hmm.gif

Both are similar in overall speed and features, the main criteria here is whether you find the Desire HD's huge screen as meat or poison. tongue.gif

If you restore the backup, everything will be back to normal except the S-ON stuff, you'll need to turn the security back on, XDA has guides on how to.

if you already done Radio S-OFF and ENG S-OFF, it will remain forever in your phone.. nod.gif until you do S-ON process back. smile.gif

1 thing, i never do S-ON yet, so i did not know how the phone look after S-ON process.. but what i know if you restore back the nandroid backup, it will change back your stock ROM, kernel etc.. for S-ON, you need to do it manually.. it will not auto change after restore nandroid.. smile.gif
