I bought a beats solo from Lankawi reseller for RM399 few days ago. After 2 days the control talk volume button is not working. The box say one year warranty and there is a booklet inside which says "Quick start guide and warranty". Is it possible for me to get a replacement or any other way to solve the problem. It looks original as well

yeah can register online..But apparently even fakes can be registered which is a big downfall in the beats website..

Also I got the solo..is this different from the HD??
