Hi bash90, apparently, yours is not the only case happening in M'sia/SG. I understand it also happens to other countries. But, you had purchased from my authorized reseller, so what's the worry if it already comes with the warranty cards. If there's any problem with the headset, just follow the address stated on the warranty card. cheers

Now, HP is getting from us, especially Solo models, and that's why you dont find Solo in any authorized reseller selling it directly anymore due to conflict of interest. I had halted Beat Solo into all resellers for almost a year now. Some batch of Solo from HP comes with warranty cards, some not (due to 1st batch). Warranty of Beats Solo from HP will be covered locally by us as long as there's documentation.

You go to any APR stores that SELLING original Beats and ask the sales person, they also won't know who the distributor is laa.. So, quite a normal scene in any where you go. Even you ask the question "who distribute iPod to Apple store in M'sia (wrong.. the company is not APPLE)" to any sales person, they might not know who also laaa. cheers.. =)

I'll try answering this. Try get clarification from SIS such as is it SOLO HD/SOLO, compatible for iPhone as the normal SOLO HD/SOLO or built for HTC devices. What I mean is the SOLO HD you getting from DigitalTech or my authorized clients, comes with 1 x Control Talk cable for iPhone and 1 x Normal Audio Cable. Not sure about HTC punya SOLO/SOLO HD.

SIS is distribution company for HTC products (correct me if I'm wrong).

However, as for warranty wise, I'm not that clear as some said need send back to SG for RMA claiming. There was a case that customer went to my client's Apple store, claiming fault for the headphone, but the dealer where he bought from didn't want to accept. The customer also ALLEGEDLY claimed to write to SIS SG and SIS SG told him to either send back to local Beats Distributor, in which I rejected the customer. You may ask why I rejected, of course la, didn't buy from my clients, somemore is from HTC, why I want to accept? Either send back to the distributor of HTC or send back to Beats US la. My company is only the distributor for Monster Beats, not HTC Beats. Different entities.
However, despite the customer making noise, I did tell him to email to me what SG side said, but until now, no news no sound no hidung.

So, if any Beats/Monster products that having no Hwee Seng warranty card or "Di-Edar Oleh" sticker, buy at own risk.

Kyozen,
Have a look at the bottom or back of the box where the UPC/Scan code of 12 digits at.  There should have another 6 digit numbers: 128720 or 128892.  There's 2 different packaging on this model.

Please call in to Hwee Seng number as stated in the warranty card, if you still have further doubt
