I have a PCH C200 for past few years and wondering their new firmware has stopped in May 2011. Wondering whether they have stopped their support for this item.

I am having problem whenever I turn on the subtitle and the player stopped playing and have to restart the player again. Any solution? Thanks

Regarding the subtitles, the problem happens in all movies, mkv and avi. When I turn on the subtitle, the movie stopped and cannot play the file again. I have unplug the cable to restart. Thanks

Now I have another problem. When I power on the button, the power button blinks white and red repeatedly and there is nothing on the screen. Is the PSU not working? Thanks
