assuming your monthly salary is x, your current package is 14.5x*108% (12+2.5 months salary, 5% extra epf and 4% for 12 days of extra leaves (12 days = close to half month)) which gives you about 15.81x as your annual income for comparison.want some of ur opinion.. IT field.

much higher basic salary (good for your next move)
con:
contract not permanent equals less job security
