I need to know, should I continue with this place or hop around? But most importantly, I've been contemplating to continue study because no degree/mba/dip very hard to get opportunity.

Anyone can help me on my situation?

I haven't tried to apply other places because like I said, I don't have any higher education qualifications. But there are markets whereby the company doesn't look at those, and rely on experience, I'm just wondering if I'd just be jumping out of the hot pot into the fire?
