QUOTE(tikaram @ Nov 17 2011, 02:52 AM) I think the later if working outside malaysia. More like getting overseas allowance hence the basic should not be built into it. Sad to hear about your wife. With your income of 13k u can actually live a very good life. Daniel.N Amel. 7K ( no inflation adj) is really not that much. Remember? Malaysia going to get average USD15k by 2020 soon. Need also consider none monetory as well, job security, example the feel good working with NGO group and etc. Many people a bit shit about the bond like this. Like kind of "slave agreement" good luck Added on November 17, 2011, 3:07 amMy Turn, 39 yo, Group mgmt accountant 13k ( after epf, b/4 tax) professional cert cima some esos ( my company esos sometime rugi one) medical, tol, petrol flexible working hr ( this is the best) I am ok with my salary, but higher a bit no harm, extra can donate for charity ma I only spend 2k per month, mother 1.5k, no debts, no luxury lifestyle, mostly play basketball, running, swimming, play with my pet, My problem, 1)I save alot. people saying i am very stingy. but i just don't like buying this and that. QUOTE(ICDeadPeople @ Nov 23 2011, 08:07 AM) I've work with one ONG operators during my early days, and the HR manager thought our salary is way too high, which is obviously is not true since most of us come from different operators and we know what our industry paid us normally. That happens when they start comparing salary. SO back to my assumption, HR people have to get enough salary so they dont feel jealous. Its human nature afterall and HR should know better. So yeah, some HR didnt do their homework (obviously am not pointing at you Just curious, who prepare the salary for HR people? Will be weird if they prepare their own salary right lol This post has been edited by this.ia.a.ball: Nov 23 2011, 08:36 AM |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Nov 29 2011, 10:02 AM) I said "sounds like". Probably you missed out that part eh? ok sorry for missing it. I guess youre right. OnG doesnt guarantee good pay. Maybe only for the engineers/off shore.Previously there was a forummer here who was earning 2.5k in O&G industry, and with few years of experience. So, in short again; O&G doesn't really guarantee good pay sometimes. |
