I'm fresh graduate (not even convo yet)..

Industry : Injection Moulding Manufacturing
Employment Level : Fresh
Experience before joining : 3 month (Industrial Training)
Salary : RM 2K

-6 days work at 8.00 to 5.00 (except on Saturday 8.00 to 12.00)
-No OT
-No extra allowance
-12% employer EPF

Am I underpaid? Is this a good job for long term? I'm thinking to change to other industry
