Well, I'm working in entertainment company and I help them to handle their employees. Honestly, I don't like the working environment but I think they pay good for fresh graduate. I need to see a good increment after 1 more month or I will leave this company for sure.

lol expecting a pay raise after 3 months probation...did ur company state any pay adjusment after 3 months probation in the agreement?

As my manager told me (he interview me). He will increase my salary after 3 months of probation but the figure of increment is depends on my performance.
