is it worthwhile to buy Seoul City Pass than using T-Money?

Seoul City Pass costed 15,000 Won (approx RM45) for 1 day unlimited pass, but im not sure whether the transportation for 1 day tour around Seoul will cost that much or not though..

Can't go both coz i only have 1 day of free n' easy.. the rest of the days are planned for ground arrangement already

But wondering can go both place at the same day? As u said, Seoul Tower in evening around 5 to 6 something.. then head to the Hangang River at 7pm?

is anyone suffered any skin allergy after went to Korea?
my whole body especially leg and hand are very itchy full with rashes.. apart from that, there are 3 big ulcers around my lips area.. could be due to 'internal heat' i guess..

should i seek doctor advise or is this normal?

Stayed at Kensington Flora Hotel before.. no good and abit spooky feeling!
