can any recommend a guitar for a beginner?

i know that there got a lot of similar threads and questions had been asked, and i did surf them all but still i need someone to suggest me an most appropriate guitar before i purchase it. ( feeling would be different before you really need to purchase something)

some guitar in my mind:

yamaha f310
custom acoustic fg 701

my budget is around 300 to 500 (better not more than 500)
who can really tell me some review of custom acoustic fg701 as i can hardly find any review for that although i saw quite a few recommendation in those thread
just let me know the strong point why you choose fg701 than f310 or in the oppose
